'People will die' - Nnamdi Kanu predicted the death of COAS, Attahiru?

• Lt General Ibrahim Attahiru alongside 11 others died on Friday, May 21 in Kaduna

• His death sent shock waves across the country and put a halt to Nigeria's fight against insurgency

• IPOB leader, Nnamdi Kanu allegedly predicted the death of General Ibrahim Attahiru

The death of Chief of Army Staff, Lt. General Ibrahim Attahiru, and 11 other top aides on Friday, May 21, 2021, halted at least for a moment, Nigeria's fight against insurgency.

Attahiru, who was appointed barely four months by President Buhari died when a military aircraft he was in crashed in Kaduna. The cause of the crash is still been investigated.

The shock from their deaths sent shock waves around the country. Leaders from across the globe have since condoned with Nigerians and the immediate family of the deceased.

While the country is still bereaved, a social media post from a Facebook user alleged that the death of the General was predicted by the leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB), Mazi Nnamdi Kanu.

Mazi Kanu, according to the post by the Facebook user said "people will d*e and the world will stand still" without making any particular reference to the demise of General Ibrahim Attahiru.
