Pastor chose 'vawulence' - Nigerians deliberate over Ibiyeome's response to Celestial leaders

The founder and presiding pastor of Salvation Ministries, Pastor David Ibiyeomie had sparked reactions on social media following his response to the Celestial Church of Christ 14-day ultimatum.

Recall that Pastor Ibiyeome slammed the church and accused them of using black magic. This didn't go down well with many as Pastors of the Celestial church reacted and asked him to apologise within 14 days.

However, in response to their ultimatum, Pastor Ibiyeome has continue to bash the white garment churches saying there is wickedness in the church as he is aware of their dealings.

Refusing to apologise, Ibiyeome noted that the Celestial church are angry because he is exposing their deceit and evil practices.

Speaking during his sermon at church, Pastor Ibiyeome said;

“White Garment churches are angry at me because they know that I know them very well, I was among them before I became born again, so I know all their secrets, they all use black Magic and add it to Christianity,” he said in part.

However, some Nigerians took to social media to share their thoughts.

shaclet: I am proudly celestian this man is spoiling our good name like his serving God genuinely, how many Cele Sherpherd get private jet and build schools way the poor masses can’t attend . Wear suit the preach wetting you no fit practice eating politicians money like you are a good person.

sho.gey: He’s talking from his past experiences. So many have theirs too whether with; white garment , Pentecostal or orthodox churches. It really baffles me to see yahoo boys going to white garment churches to get Favour soap and other kinds of voodoo for their yahoo dealings. Honestly, the good ones should do a background check and wipe out the bag eggs amongst them so as not to dent their image. But there are still few good ones out there. One should just look before leaping. Many false prophets and fake churches are out their deceiving people, be it white garment or Pentecostal, do your due diligence in determining a good one. Most importantly, know your God and study his word.

They just have different strategies... Serve your God and leave other people alone, if u cannot preach Love. vickygold009: But how can you condemn all white garments churches just because you meet few bad eggs??? This statement is actually very wrong,they are worst pastors in some Pentecostal churches too and I can’t go about condemning all the Pentecostal churches that dey are bad.
