Pastor Sam Adeyemi reacts as school where A1 is bought is exposed

Pastor Sam Adeyemi of Daystar Christian Center has reacted to the news of a secondary school in Lagos where A1 can be bought by students seeking admission into tertiary institutions.

The fraudulent activity of the school (Bachel Academy) was exposed after a student revealed how he bought good grades from the school.

The student wrote on Facebook: “Mr Bachel is the only solution for all the people in the nation that see education as the problem of our nation like me now have loss hope about all this education stuff have been doing waec gce neco for almost good five years but I thank god today because have make my result math b3 phys b3 chem b3 eng c5 biology c6 bachel is too much and one thing is that some people didn’t know that we used our money to buy our self good things love bachel once again (sic),”

Officials of the West Africa Examinations Council, WAEC, who stormed a branched of the school to confirm the report were stopped by the gateman.

This was found to be scary by Pastor Sam Adeyemi who lamented the involvement of parents, teachers, and others in the exam malpractice in the school.

"This story is scary. Parents, teachers, exam supervisors, even gateman involved in exam corruption. The future is being destroyed. I hear this is widespread. No prosperity without morality for the country. We must hold ourselves accountable. Please say something and do something!", he tweeted.
