Panic and paranoia more deadly than coronavirus - Keyamo tells Nigerians

The Minister of State for Labour and Employment, Festus Keyamo, SAN, has advised Nigerians to maintain calmness in this coronavirus pandemic.

In a tweet he shared, Keyamo stated that the panic and paranoia generated as a result of the virus as become more deadly than the virus itself.

He, however, advised Nigerians to take caution by following the guidelines given by the World Health Organization, WHO, and the Nigerian Center for Disease Control, NCDC.

He tweeted: “The panic and paranoia over the virus have become more deadly and infectious than the virus itself!

“What we need is deliberate calmness and extreme caution as we meticulously follow all the guidelines of WHO and NCDC daily.

“Panic always compounds every emergency situation.”
