PDP mocks APC over suspension of Oshiomhole

The Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, has mocked the ruling All Progressives Congress, APC, over a court ruling which suspended the party's chairman, Adams Oshiomhole.

Justices Danlami Senchi of the Federal High Court in Abuja on Wednesday suspended Oshiomhole from parading himself as the national chairman of the APC.

This is in line with an application of interlocutory injunction which suspended Oshiomhole as an APC member in Etsako ward 10 in Edo State.

In reaction to the judgement, the National Publicity Secretary of the PDP, Kola Ologbondiyan, described it as a sign that the ruling party is fizzling out.

He tweeted: "@A_Oshiomhole has been demobilised from factional National Chairman to suspended National Chairman.

“This @OfficialAPCNg has attained a frighteningly fizzled mode.”
