The Chief Executive Officer of Air Peace, Allen Onyema has disclosed that palliatives will be given to staff to cushion the hardship brought on Nigerians by removal of the fuel subsidies.

Onyema gave the assurance while responding to brutal allegations made against him by Former Minister of Aviation, Senator Hadi Sirika.

He further revealed that the minimum wage at the company is 50,000 naira. He was speaking on Arise TV on Wednesday, June 14.

"Air peace is not about money. When you come to Air Peace we don't discriminate. I have trained Northerners, southerners, southwest, and Southeast and given them meaningful employment."

"The minimum wage in Air Peace is about 50,000 for cleaners. We are in support of President Bola Tinubu and his move to remove fuel subsidies."

"We told our staff to support fuel subsidy removal and by the end of this month, we are going to dish out palliatives to our staff in support of the government."
