Super Falcons striker Asisat Oshoala has hit the ground running in the Saudi Women’s Premier League following her recent move.

The former Barcelona star has been in impressive form since joining Al Hilal from Bay FC during the summer transfer window.

Despite making her debut for her new side just last month, the 30-year-old has already been voted the SWPL Player of the Month for September.

Oshoala scored three goals and provided two assists in September to clinch the award.

The five-time African Footballer of the Year joined the Saudi Women’s League after spending just one season in the United States with Bay FC.

She was also part of the Nigerian team that won the African Women’s Championship in Morocco earlier this year.
