Ooni welcomes birth of son

The Ooni of Ife, Oba Adeyeye Ogunwusi has welcomed the birth of his male child, a source close to the matter has revealed.

According to The Punch, the Directorate of Media, Ooni’s palace, who preferred anonymity, confirmed the development.

Also, Oba Ogunwusi in a Facebook post announced the arrival of a son through his queen, Olori Silekunola Naomi.

The Facebook post read, “To God be the glory, great things he has done. Hearty congratulations to the entire House of Oduduwa and Olori Silekunola, who today birthed a prince to the royal throne of Oduduwa. Mother and child are doing well to the glory of God Almighty.”
