Oduduwa Republic national flag spotted in Surulere

The fight to decentralize Nigeria is an ongoing struggle. This has caused elements within some of the largest ethnic groups to nurse the idea of seceding.

The group Biafra, now the Independent People of Biafra (IPOB) has on several occasions requested independence from Nigeria. While they have intensified their fight to secede, a force is rearing its head, this time from the South West.

Oduduwa Republic frontiers have not been as aggressive as their counterparts from the South East. However, this image of the Oduduwa republic national flag mounted on a roundabout Surulere, Lagos should be a sign that probably their fight is somewhat subtle.

The images were posted on Facebook by a social media user called Vincent. MyNigeria cannot independently confirm the time and venue.
