The campaign office of Alhaji Adekunle Adeoye Ajisope has been directed to vacate the current building due to unresolved litigation.
The Ajisope campaign office, situated at Block B, Plot 1 Olagunju Ola Avenue, Oroki Estate, Osogbo, has been recently identified as a hideout for criminal activities by political thugs loyal to the APC in the state.
It would be recalled that residents of Oroki Estate, Osogbo, have raised alarm over unwarranted shooting of guns and display of weapons by miscreants believed to be using the property as their operation base.
In a letter dated 29th June, 2026, and addressed to Mr. Daniel Olagunju Ola of 24, Latona Street, the Osun State Property Development Corporation (OSPDC) warned that the request for transfer of interest in the ownership of the property could not be completed until the full determination of the suit at the Osun State High Court, Osogbo. From the records at OSPDC, the allottee of the property remains the said Mr. Olagunju Ola and no transfer to any third party aside the said allottee has been perfected with the OSPDC, the government authority over the property.
The OSPDC further directed Mr. Daniel Olagunju to evict the current occupant of the property within the next seven (7) days to avoid any legal action being taken against the property, which may include sealing or outright revocation of title in order to maintain public peace and public order.
