Northern leaders are responsible for insecurity in the north - Matawalle

Zamfara state governor, Bello Matawalle has accused the northern leaders for been responsible for the numerous atrocities ravaging the north.

Recently, the north has been facing several attacks ranging from killings, kidnapping, highway robbery, among others.

According to Governor Bello, the north lacks good leadership to steer the affairs of the region in the right direction.

The level of insecurity rose in the north causing many to flee and others to seek shelter in their homes amid fear and panic.

In a publication cited on Legit.ng, Daily Trust reports that the governor of Zamfara state on Sunday, July 25, that the northern leaders were responsible for the crimes in the north.
