Northern Christians, Muslims will vote for Peter Obi - Prophet Isa El-Buba tells Mahdi Shehu

Charismatic prophet and philanthropist, Isa El-Buba, commonly referred to as Prophet Isa El-Buba has rebuked Katsina-based activist, Shehu Mahdi over his provocative statement against the Presidential candidate of Labour Party, Peter Obi.

In a video making rounds, Mahdi Shehu was heard urging the Northern Christians not to vote for Christian Candidates from the South, especially Peter Obi, claiming that a vote for him would amount to a vote for Biafra, and a secessionist.

Mahdi also stated that both Christian and Muslim Northerners are being discriminated against in the South East, South West, and South-South.

Reacting to this comment, Prophet Isa El-Buba slammed him for his utterances describing them as lies.

Citing himself as an example, he noted that he is a Northerner and a Christian who preaches in the South.

He also sent a message to Mahdi Shehu that both Muslims and Christians will vote for Peter Obi in the 2023 presidential election.

“Mahdi Usman who spoke a few days ago and tried to speak lies against the Southern church and against the southerners that we northerners that are Christians will come to the south and find it difficult to get a land to worship God.

I want to say to you that Mahdi Usman that you’re a liar and that is not true. I am a Northerner and I am preaching here in the south and I want to say that it is time up for the lies that some of you have been lying for all these 62 years. The end of your lies has come.

You Northern Christians and Northern Muslims will prove to these wicked men and women that your time is up and 2023, we are all going to vote for Peter Obi.
Nothing can ever threaten your stand, I am not for you, I am for God and the Nigerian people. Muslims here in the South are having their mosques and nobody has stopped them.”
