Nobody is going to force me to leave Nigeria; I am here with you - Peter Obi

Peter Obi, presidential candidate of the Labour Party, LP, has said that nobody can force him out of the country.

He made this known when he addressed voters ahead of the supplementary election in Ogbaru Federal Constituency at the Onitsha Holiday Resort on Thursday. April 13.

According to Peter Obi, the Labour Party is committed to ensuring a new Nigeria is possible. He noted that there are too many thieves disguised as politicians
inflicting suffering on the masses.

The former Anambra state governor stated that his party is committed to purging the country’s political system of such people.

Adding that he will not give up until such people are shown the way out of political offices in the country.

“There is too much suffering in this country, and, that is what we, in Labour Party, are fighting to end. There are many thieves in the country. So, Labour Party is fighting to create a new Nigeria. I am here with you, and nobody is going to force me to leave Nigeria”, Obi insisted

The supplementary election comes after INEC had declared the election in Ogbaru federal constituency inconclusive, due to the inability of the commission to conduct election in about 45 polling units, due to violence while election in some was cancelled as a result of malpractices.
