Co-host of the Arise TV Morning Show, Rufai Oseni, has taken to his social media page to share his thoughts on the recent announcement regarding the Warri refinery.

On Monday, December 30, the Chairman of the Nigeria National Petroleum Commission (NNPC), Mele Kyari, issued a statement confirming the resumption of activities at the Warri refinery in Plateau State.

Expressing doubt about the refinery’s operations, Oseni pointed out that he would not take the NNPC seriously until he sees the Port Harcourt refinery and the Warri in full operation.

Oseni noted that he would not celebrate the announcement until tangible results are seen.

"Until when the catalytic cracking unit of PH and Warri refinery starts to work, then I will take the NNPC seriously. I don’t celebrate half measures," Rufai Oseni wrote.
