Nigerian soldiers jubilating after a successful takeover of a Boko Haram stronghold has gone viral.

In the video, the soldiers shouted with joy as they celebrate with their guns in the air and a bottle of schnapps poured to the ground to thank God for their win over the insurgents.

Nigeria has been battling Boko Haram insurgency for years with few achievements.
