Several reactions have trailed a recently held protest organized in London by Reno Omokri, a leading member of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP).
Reno who is a former presidential spokesperson led a march in the United Kingdom on Thursday, March 9 in protest of the result of the just-concluded presidential elections.
He was joined by other Nigerians in the diaspora as they protested at the Nigerian High Commission.
Representing at the protest were supporters of the Labour Party, the Peoples Democratic Party and interestingly members of the All Progressives Congress (APC).
Wielding placards, they sang a different version of the popular song by the APC: "On your mandate, we shall stand".
Some inscriptions of the placards are; "All we are saying, give us free polls," a placard reads and "Ariwoola, you praised G5. You are compromised. Step down from the election."
How Nigerians reacted on social media
ifelarge: The results from the south east is very worrisome,Peter OBI succeded in making Labour party an IBO party, a lot of results from the south east of polling units i have seen had only labour party , other parties were excluded and then they say others marginalise them, i think they should look inwards. Even in Atikus polling unit in adamawa LP was voted for haba, south east why?
