The Nigeria Democratic Congress (NDC) has outlined its primary election timetable, requiring presidential hopefuls to pay N60 million and governorship contenders N30 million to obtain their nomination and interest forms ahead of the 2027 elections.

NDC National Chairman Moses Cleopas announced that the form sales will run from May 13 to May 18. Aspiring candidates are encouraged to attend the screening with all necessary credentials and supporting documents.

Additionally, female aspirants and persons with disabilities (PWDs) are entitled to pay reduced fees—50% and 25%, respectively, across all categories.

The presidential primaries are scheduled to take place in Abuja on May 29.
