NCDC records 146 new COVID-19 cases

The Nigeria Center for Disease Control - NCDC has recorded a total of 146 new cases of #COVID19 on Tuesday night.

Nigeria's coronavirus tally has now risen to a total of 4,787 cases since the pandemic broke out in the Gubei province of Wuhan China.

Following the update by the nations's CDC, Nigeria has now recorded a total of 158 deaths as a result of the respiratory illness.

The total number of recoveries has moved to 959 after treatment at the isolation centres in the country.

Lagos remains the epicentre of the deadly virus in Nigeria with a total of 1990 infections. Kano has overtaken the FCT with at least 693 infections while the latter has a total of 360 confirmed cases.
