The Nigeria Civil Aviation Authority (NCAA) has stated that it is yet to receive a report from the airline on whose aircraft a fight between activist VeryDarkMan (VDM) and comedian Mr Jollof took place.
A video of the fight between the two celebrities is currently going viral on social media, with many netizens calling the NCAA's attention to the incident.
According to some of the netizens, the failure of authorities to impose heavy sanctions on Fuji musician KWAM 1, including an Ibom Air passenger, for unruly behaviour aboard an aircraft, may have encouraged the fight between VDM and Mr Jollof.
Reacting, NCAA spokesperson Michael Achimugu stated that he had not received any report on the incident from the aircraft's owners.
When the incident was brought to his attention, he said, "If you bring me a report here, I can ask for preliminary details here. I am not a ghost. The airline has not reported to me. To confirm from our personnel, I would have needed some more details. Social media is also a source of information. You guys want results or you want to keep majoring in minors? It is okay for me to stay awake attending to, and resolving your complaints via social media, but it is providing simple information that you draw the line. Blocking all of you who say this silly stuff."
