Meyer Plc appoints Ijegbulem as Company Secretary

The Board of Directors of Meyer Plc has appointed Jane Ijegbulem as the company's secretary. This after the resignation of Ifetola Fadeyibi.

According to a notice filed by the firm to the Nigerian Bourse, Ijegbulem's appointment is effective February 13th, 2020

Jane Ijegbulem is a lawyer with over 10 years' experience spanning across company secretarial, corporate compliance, human resources, and administration. She is a graduate of the University of Benin and a member of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators.

Prior to joining Meyer Plc, she was the Legal and Compliance Officer and subsequently, Head of Legal, Compliance, and Administration at NASD Plc, promoters of the NASD OTC Securities Exchange.
