Nigerian entrepreneur, Precious Nwosuagwu has blown the minds of Nigerians and the world at large away by showing her skills in crafting exquisite handmade bags from Nigerian fabrics.

Nwosuagwu started her business; Becawax in 2018. With a background in Accounting and Finance, one would not expect her to get into designing, but she has done it and is running, Becawax successfully.

In an interview with Just4WomenAfrica, Nwosuagwu shared the challenges she has faced and victories she has won on her entrepreneurial journey.

According to her, she struggled with finding skilled workers for bag making and the high cost of delivery with third-party services.

Becawax’s bags are different from what you see on the market. They have unique, custom-made designs that are crafted with traditional Nigerian fabrics.

Becawax’s success shows that there is beauty in our traditional materials, especially when they are skilfully put together. Precious Nwosuagwu is an example for women all over Nigeria to emulate; for her hardwork and dedication in making her goals a reality.
