A former Ghanaian security guard, Charles Ayisala who spent four years in prison for a petty crime was released on January 19, 2021.

According to a report by Crime Check TV Ghana, Ayisala was sentenced to 8 years imprisonment for injuring a toilet intruder with a catapult while on duty.
