Man goes on knees, says fervent prayer before casting his vote in Delta

This may, perhaps, go down in history as one of the weirdest happenings at an election center anywhere in the world, as a voter in Delta State was captured on video on bended knees, saying a fervent prayer before he cast his vote.

The man, who has not been identified by name yet, is seen in the viral video shared by goldmynetv on Instagram, pouring out his prayers as he cheered on by other electorates at the same venue.

Although his prayer is inaudible, some voices that are heard from behind the camera, shout in agreement, ‘Amen,’ just about the same time the man rises to his feet.

Other electorates seen in a queue just across the man are seen smiling at the spectacle before them.
