The Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC) in Kano has apprehended 28-year-old Salisu Abdu Adam for allegedly deceiving a married woman out of N1.8 million using charms.

According to spokesperson Ibrahim Abdullahi, Adam, originally from Garko Local Government Area but residing in Kawo, Nassarawa LGA, Kano State, lured the woman with promises of better education and profitable business opportunities.

He reportedly employed charms to gain her trust and then took her money.

Abdullahi stated that investigations are complete and the suspect will be brought before the court soon.
