Leke Adeboye, the son of Pastor Enoch Adeboye and General Overseer of the Redeemed Christian Church of God, displayed his generosity on his 41st birthday by providing N2 million in funding to support young entrepreneurs in their business endeavors.

Addressing the gathering during the donation event, Leke, who also serves as the lead pastor at Redeemed Christian Church of God, LSC The Bridge, empathized with the challenges faced by Small and Medium Enterprise owners in Nigeria.

Recognizing the obstacles these entrepreneurs encounter, he stated, "We are all aware of the disheartening statistics that reveal a high failure rate of businesses within the first five years, primarily due to inadequate access to funding and other factors."

Taking it upon himself to tackle this issue, Leke took the initiative to offer financial assistance to five individuals with small businesses, enabling them to scale up their operations and generate significant value in just a few months.

After meticulously reviewing over 400 proposals, five outstanding candidates were selected to receive N400,000 each in funding for their businesses.

Initially intended to be N200,000, the funding amount was miraculously doubled on that Sunday, amplifying the impact of the donations.
