'Lagos builder forgot to build good medical healthcare system' - Nigerians mock Tinubu over his trip to UK

Reports that President-elect Bola Ahmed Tinubu has been flown to the United Kingdom for medical care shortly after the 2023 election has caused a stir among Nigerians.

Bola Tinubu has since received the wrath of Nigerians following the news of his ill health after it was reported that the president-elect was secretly flown to the UK for medical treatment.

Many Nigerians who were not pleased by the statement wondered why the former Governor of Lagos refused to seek medical care in the state he claimed to have built.

Prior to the presidential election held on February 25, there were speculations that Bola Tinubu of the All Progressives Congress is suffering from undisclosed ill health.

This brought about concerns from a section on Nigerians who believed he was unfit to lead the country.

However, his campaign council denied the allegations of Tinubu's health saying that he was fit and strong to rule the country.

Reacting to the reports of his trip to the UK to seek medical care, some social media users have taken to Instagram to share their thoughts.

What is amazing without standard health facilities or proper useable infrastructures?? that will make life easy for even him self, instead of traveling out to see doctors.

Common, how many Europeans come here for medical check ups? I mean it’s common sense. If looted funds weren’t looted but put into where they are supposed to be.

He won’t be going out for medical checks, lagosians will have better standards of leaving, but no, a few circles are the ones flexing the state funds.
