LOCKDOWN: Your boo might belong to someone else now - Toke Makinwa

Nigerian OAP, Toke Makinwa, has told Nigerians that their lovers may no longer be theirs and as such they should rid themselves of their memory by blocking them.

This is coming hours after the President, Major General Muhammadu Buhari (retd.) announced the extension of the coronavirus lockdown by an additional 14-days.

Speaking on her official Twitter account, Toke singled out what she feels is the worst effect of the lockdown.

She might also have cleared the doubt in the minds of many whose lovers have since been incommunicado since the lockdown began two-weeks ago.

One possible solution to the misery of "bae-gone" in the lockdown period, according to Toke, is to "block" the individual to ensure that you survive this crisis alone.

"Even worse if since the lockdown started your alleged boo/bae disappeared on you, I mean “stop returning your text/call”, that man/woman just might belong to someone else, block them, get over it and survive this crisis for you. Time to put you first for once," She Tweeted.
