LIVESTREAMING: 2023 Election Petition Tribunal set to deliver judgement

The Presidential Election Petition Court (PEPC) is set to deliver its verdict on the 2023 presidential election, today, September 6 in Abuja.

Following the declaration of the election results, the opposition parties petitioned the court to challenge the victory of President Bola Tinubu and the APC as the winner of the February 25 presidential polls.

Recall that on Wednesday, March 1, the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) declared Tinubu the 2023 presidential election winner.

The oppositions seeking nullification of the election results include Atiku Abubakar of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) and Peter Obi of the Labour Party.

As the judgment is about to be pronounced, supporters of the various political parties are optimistic, however, the ruling party have dismissed suggestions that President Bola Tinubu would be removed by the court.
