LIVESTREAMED: Peter Obi speaks after Supreme Court ruling

Peter Obi, the presidential candidate of the Labour Party is currently addressing the media at the party's Campaign Headquarters in Abuja.

This will be the first press conference of the former Anambra governor following his defeat at the Supreme Court.

The development is also coming one week after his campaign spokesman, Yunusa Tanko denied Obi had gone into hiding following the apex court judgement as being speculated, The Punch reports.

According to Tanko, Obi was out of the country long before the court notice arrived.

He also hinted that the party presidential flag bearer will address Nigerians once he returns to the country.
