LASU appoints new VC

The Senate of the Lagos State University (LASU) has appointed Damola Damola Oke as the acting vice-chancellor of the institution.

His appointment comes after the Lagos State Governor, Babajide Sanwo-Olu halted the appointment of a new VC late last week.

Before his appointment, Oke is the Deputy Vice-Chancellor, Administration of LASU, Punch.ng reports.
