As students of the Lagos state University, Ojo Campus resumed today, Monday, September 14, members of the Academic Staff Union of Universities (ASUU) and the Non-Academic Staff Union of Universities (NASU) staged a protest to call attention to their demands.

The protesting staff also barred the Vice-Chancellor of the institution, Prof Olanrewaju Fagboun and students from gaining access to the premises.

The protest is about the failure of the school management to over non-payment of increment in salaries promised by the Lagos state government.

The promise was reported made over a year ago.
