Kwankwaso may accept to be Peter Obi's Vice - NNPP-LP alliance

The national publicity secretary of the New Nigerian Peoples Party (NNPP), Dr. Agbo Major has said that the merger talks between the NNPP and the Labour Party is likely to come through.

Speaking in an interview with Daily Trust, Agbo said the talks are progressing steadily.

He noted that with Rabiu Kwankwaso or Peter Obi may accept to be each other's running mate.

Agbo is hopeful that at the end of the merger talks, Nigerians will be thrilled with the outcome.

He said;

“By the time we are done with the discussions, Nigerians will be happy, whichever way it turns out to be.”
