Knocks for Tinubu after viral video of him giving cash to an unidentified at an event emerges

Nigerians have been reacting to a now-viral video of Bola Tinubu, the presidential candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC) handing out huge sums of money to an unidentified man.

In the video, Tinubu handed out the money to the man at a recent party function. His vice presidential candidate Governor Kassim Shettima was spotted in the video with the security detail of the APC flagbearers.

The video has generated several reactions from Nigerians since it emerged.

Reno Omokri, a leading member of the Peoples Democratic Party said in a post: "Bola Tinubu caught red-handed sharing money to politicians".

MyNigeria couldn't determine the date, time and venue of the video.

Meanwhile speaking on Tuesday in a town hall meeting in Calabar told the cheering crowd that he has all it takes to win and rule the country and turn it into a haven of peace and prosperity for all Nigerians.

With his right fist punching the air high above his head, Tinubu declared victory for his party ahead of the 2023 election by announcing that the APC would beat other political parties silly in the election.

Speaking in Calabar on Tuesday during a town hall meeting to engage with stakeholders of the party in Cross River State, he told the cheering crowd that he has all it takes to win and rule the country and turn it to a haven of peace and prosperity for all Nigerians.

Apparently referring to his opponents, the APC presidential candidate said: “They have no past, they have no experience, no track record, no integrity so all they do is resort to insults and abuses.

“But they don’t bug me; they know I’m from Tinubu Square. I can wrestle but I can’t wrestle with the pig.
