Kizz Daniel is full of pride - Famous Tan artist Steve RnB says

Popular Bongo artist, Steve RnB has described afrobeats artist, Oluwatobiloba Daniel Anidugbe who is popularly known as Kizz Daniel as a "proud man" after he refused to show up for a concert he was billed for on Sunday, August 7.

Kizz Daniel, one of Nigeria's leading acts was arrested by the police in Dar following his failure to appear at the concert he had been paid fully for.

A trendy video that emerged on social media shows the artist being escorted from the hotel by the police as he arrived at the station.

Several reactions have trailed his arrests.

According to the promoters of the show, Kizz Daniel disclosed he wouldn't perform without his gold change that was in his carrier bag in Kenya. His performance in Tanzania formed part of his East African tour to promote his hit single, "Buga".

Prior to his trip to Tanzania, he had performed in Uganda and Kenya.

"Guys, leave it to the music stakeholders, someone is paid a lot of money and comes to the Bongo hotel to sleep and because his clothes don't arrive, he can't perform? When the best artists are left behind by these foreigners, duh! Then they supposedly gave him millions of dollars," Steve RnB said in reaction to the controversy.

"Let's grow up with our talents here in this country, these guys don't care about anything, they are full of pride,' he added in a quote on TanzaniaWeb.

Despite his absence, popular artists like Marioo, Saraphina, Mabantu and Young Lunya managed to provide entertainment to patrons.
