Keep the gbas gbos between your mates - Bashir El-Rufai slams Senator Shehu Sani for tackling his father

Bashir El-Rufai, son of immediate past Governor of Kaduna state, Nasir El-Rufai has taken a swipe at former Senator Shehu Sani after he called out his father over claims of not stealing from the state government.

In a Twitter post, Sani dared El-Rufai to publish his asset form he submitted in 2015 and 2023.

Sani tweeted;

"Mr Elrufai,retired Governor now back to ‘blogging on Twitter’ while waiting for political appointment from Tinubu,after working for Amaechi and surreptitiously dropping negative stories.

You left a huge debt profile for our Children and grand Children in Kaduna State to pay AND YOU claimed that you NEVER STOLE from the coffers of Kaduna http://State.One of your stooge even claimed that you are poorer now.I dare you to make public your assets by publishing the content of the form you submitted at the Code of Conduct Bureau,both the one of 2015 and that of 2023.

I will get back to you after you have done this."

However, this didn't go down well with Bashir El-rufai as he took to the micro blogging platform to react to Shehu Sani's post about his father.

He told Sani to keep the Twitter ‘war’ between his “mates” and not extend it to his father who is his senior.

He tweeted;

"Is this seriously how to talk to your senior? You should keep this Twitter gbas gbos between you & us, his children. We are the ones that are your mates."
