Top Nollywood screen icons, including Kanayo O. Kanayo, Patience Ozokwor, Mike Ezuruonye, Zubby Michael, and Destiny Etiko, have arrived at Kotoka International Airport in Accra to feature in Ghanaian actor and producer Kwadwo Nkansah "Lil Win's" upcoming film production, A Journey to Africa (Nzulezu).

The arrival marks the commencement of principal photography for Lil Win’s second major international cross-border cinematic project, which aims to further strengthen artistic collaboration between Ghana's Kumawood film hub and Nigeria's film industry.

Footage shared online showed the Nigerian film veterans being received at the airport as they prepared to move to the movie location set.

One of Ghana’s most prominent comic actors and film producers, Lil Win has consistently championed cross-regional collaborations to bridge the gap between Ghanaian and Nigerian cinema audiences.

This new venture follows Lil Win’s earlier feature, A Country Called Ghana (2024), which prominently starred Nigerian heavyweights Ramsey Nouah, Charles Awurum, and Victor Osuagwu ("Awilo Sharp Sharp") alongside a Ghanaian cast.

The star-studded historical comedy-drama garnered widespread attention across West Africa following its premiere in Kumasi and Accra.

Nigerian superstar actors and actresses, including Kanayo O. Kanayo, Patience Ozokwor, Mike Ezuruonye, Zubby Michael, Destiny Etiko and others, have touched down at the Accra International Airport to join Kumawood actor Lil Win for the production of his second international movie, A Journey to Africa (Nzulezu).
