KOGI: SDP Governorship candidate Murtala Ajaka allegedly presents false document to INEC

A leading candidate in the November 11 governorship candidate in Kogi State by name Alhaji Murtala Alaka is believed to have presented a forged certificate.

The Social Democratic Party (SDP) candidate whom in a document submitted to INEC included that of his school certificate.

Where it was alleged he finished from the prestigious Barewa college in Zaria. unfortunately, upon our findings with document obtained from the school has proven that the said name was never found in their school class or school register, neither was in the WAEC records for 1998 set as claimed.

The embattled candidate of the SDP was just last week in another controversy where the governor of Kogi state alleged that Murtala’s thugs attacked his convoy on his way to Lokoja, the Kogi state capital with the issue causing a lot of media uproar as Murtala’s camp denied any wrongdoing that it was the governor's car who rather blocked his with several gun shot at his car directly.

The principal of Barewa college, Mr. Alhassan Ishyaku detailing how Mr. Ajaka's name was not in the 1995 admission and not in the 1998 WAEC Gazette.

With the above presentation of fake school certificate to INEC going into the 2023 governorship election in Kogi, Alhahi Ajaka stand an automatic disqualification if this is taking up by any of the candidate and possibly INEC.
