#JusticeforMohbad protest kicks off in Delta

The mysterious death of Nigerian singer Ilerioluwa Aloba who is popularly known as Mohbad has sparked a protest in Delta State.

Mohbad, a former signee of Marlian Records owned by Azeez Faashola popularly known as Naira Marley died on Tuesday, September 12 at the age of 27.

According to popular blogger, Tunde Ednut, the protest "kicked off in Effurun roundabout, Delta State."

He captioned the video, "Youths in Delta came out in numbers chanting 'say no to Marlian music'.

Meanwhile, the Lagos State Police Command has inaugurated a 13-man special investigation team to probe the mysterious death of Nigerian singer, Ilerioluwa Aloba, popularly known as Mohbad.

“Do not forget, we have unique access with INTERPOL. Everybody linked to it (the death of Mohbad) will be identified and they will be brought to establish their level of involvement,” Lagos State Commissioner, Idowu Owohunwa said on Monday.
