Judgment in Kano Governorship Election slated Jan 20

Come January 20, judgement would be passed on the outcome of the Kano State governorship election.

Chief Justice of Nigeria, Ibrahim Tanko Muhammad made this announcement after the hearing of the appeal of the case and adopting the counsels written addresses.

He made this public at a Supreme Court sitting in Abuja.

Candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party, Abba Yusuf, had filed an appeal challenging the election of Abdullahi Ganduje of the All Progressives Congress over alleged irregularities that characterised the election.
