Talented actress, Iyabo Ojo has called out Yoruba celebrities over their 'silence' on Baba Ijesha’s case.

The embattled Yoruba actor, Olanrewaju Omiyinka aka Baba Ijesha is being held in police custody after being accused by a Nigerian comedienne, Princess, of raping a minor (when she was 7-year-old) who was kept in her care.

According to Iyabo Ojo, the Yoruba celebrities are hypocrites because they could not come out to publicly condemn the actions of their colleague, Baba Ijesha.

“All of you in the Yoruba movie industry are hypocrites. You all are talking about Tope Alabi’s issue with Alaseyori over the song, ‘Oniduro Mi’, but where were your voices during the Baba Ijesha case?

"You are showing support and solidarity to Alaseyori over the song but you didn’t show support to the 14-year-old minor who was defiled by your member, Baba Ijesha,” she stated.
