Iwobi agrees new £100k per week contract with Everton

Super Eagles forward Alex Iwobi is on the verge of signing a new three-year deal with Everton Football Club.

According to the Sun, the Toffees have reached an agreement with the midfielder and the new deal could see him pen £ 100,000 a week.

Iwobi has less than two years left on the current deal he signed with Everton in 2019, after joining from Arsenal.

After his initial struggle, the Nigeria international has now become a crowd favorite at Goodison Park, turning in spectacular performances week in and week out.

He’s by far the best player on Everton roaster this season and the new deal is a perfect reward for his hard work.

Iwobi who has one goal and five assists this season is expected to sign his deal next week.
