Igbo community sues the All Nigerian Community in Ghana for breach of Constitution

The Igbo community has filed a suit against the All Nigerian Community in Ghana for breach of Constitution.

Members of the Ogbo community accuse the ANC of deliberately excluded the nominees of the Igbo Community Ghana for the inauguration to be held under the auspices of the Nigeria High Commission in Ghana.

It was said that an arrangement of the ANC and supported by the Constitution shows that it is the turn of the Igbo Community in Ghana to produce the President, the Fiancial Secretary, the Provost, and an Ex Officio Executives of the ANC.

However, the three other constituent communities in the ANC have submitted names of their representatives and the ANC with the support of the Board of Directors have designated August 30 for the inauguration of the nominees for the 3 other communities excluding the Igbo community.

The Igbo Community Ghana are therefore, calling on the ANC and Board of Directors to suspend the secret inauguration to be held August 30 by the Nigeria High Commission.
