Lere Olayinka, an aide to the Minister of the FCT Nyesom Wike, has warned that anyone found in the forest in Yorubaland might be treated as a terrorist.
This was as he advised those into cattle tearing business to do their business in town and not in the forest.
According to him, people in Yorubaland are currently angry and aggravated over the rising insecurity in the country.
Olayinka said this following the abduction of over 40 schoolchildren by suspected Fulani terrorists in Oyo State, Southwest Nigeria.
He said on X, "In Yorubaland, if you want to rear cows, come to where people will see and identify you, not in the forest.
"If dem see you inside forest, no talk say you be herdsman oo.
"In the South-West now, if you don't want to be treated as a bandit, don't stay in the forest, don't move around with arms, especially if you are not a Yoruba person.
"Ara un kan everybody. Ko ju bee lo."
