'If desperation was a person' - Nigerians react as Sanwo-Olu takes campaign to church

Lagos state Goveror Babajide Sanwo-Olu was spotted at church exchanging pleasantries with church members as he canvasses for votes ahead of the gubernatorial election.

Sanwo-Olu who is seeking re-election has been seen on several occasions engaging in strange places in an attempt to convince Lagosians to vote for him in the coming polls.

In the video making rounds, Sanwo-Olu who was cladded in a white kaftan stood at the entrance of the church and stretched out his hands to shake the members as they walked past.

The governorship election which was scheduled to hold on Saturday, March 11 has been postponed to March 18 by the Independent National Electoral Commission INEC.
