Idris Elba, 50 Cent, Mr. Bean, other American TV stars endorse Peter Obi in viral video

The campaign of Peter Obi, the presidential candidate of the Labour Party has been given a huge boost after he was endorsed by some American TV and Hollywood actors and stars.

In a video that has now gone viral, global celebrities including Idris Elba, John Cena, Mr. Bean, and other top American actors and Nigerian journalists in America were seen rallying support for Peter Obi’s presidential ambition.

The celebrities were seen holding a placard with the Nigerian map designed with the colors Nigeria which read: “Yes. It makes sense to Vote for Peter Obi in 2023”

The video will add to the already impressive endorsement Obi has garnered locally.

The former Anambra governor is in a tough contest with more experienced politicians including Bola Ahmed Tinubu, the presidential candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC) and Atiku Abubakar of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) ahead of the presidential election in February.
