Former presidential aide, Reno Omokri, has said thugs who looked like members of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) came to his house in England and intimidated his family.

According to him, this was due to his fall out with former presidential candidate, Peter Obi, in 2022.

Ahead of a Honest Bunch podcast interview slated to drop this evening, Omokri gave excerpts on Facebook of his submissions on the show.

He said, "I felt personally betrayed when Peter Obi and his Obidients put me and my family through an ordeal in England beginning in 2022. Physically coming to my home with IPOB looking thugs to intimidate us. Trailing me to my jogging route along the Apsley Locks and physically threatening me.

"Threatening to kill my then one-year-old daughter. An UNFORGIVABLE act. Using a bespactled albino to spread malicious falsehoods about me and utilising a catfish X account posing as a mixed-race girl from Port Harcourt, but which is in reality an IPOB-controlled propaganda handle, to discredit me.

"To the Nigerian public, I warn that there is literally no difference between Peter Obi and the Indigenous People of Biafra. One (IPOB) is the militant arm, while the other (Peter Obi) is the political face. You cannot have one without the other."
