INEC is a pain in our neck - Dino Melaye reacts to video of Catholic Bishop lamenting after INEC officials refused to upload results

Dino Melaye, Spokesperson for the Peoples Democratic Party presidential campaign has reacted to a video of a Catholic Bishop lamenting over the refusal of the INEC officials to upload results unto the IREV.

In a video making rounds, a Catholic Bishop was furious as he expressed displeasure at the Independent National Electoral Commission INEC officials who packed up and left the polling unit without uploading the results.

According to the Bishop, they waited to vote, counted, only for the officials to refuse to complete the process.

The disappointed Bishop rained curses on they, saying that the election is flawed.

Police officers present failed to call the INEC officials to order as they looked on and later drove away with them.

The Bishop said; "You're going home, you're leaving us INEC. I'm shouting, the world should here us, It is wrong, it is not fair, We are told that it should be uploaded; you make mistake in presidential election, you won't make mistake in this one. We are seeing the mistake, you captured us upload the result you cannot. It is wrong.

This country, God will come down from heaven and judge evil in this country... This is evil, rubbish, absolutely unacceptable, This is evil in the land, it will not work. The wrath of God will come upon you. You call this election, what a sham."

Dino Melaye who took to his social media page to share the video, described INEC as a pain in our neck.

His comment comes following the numerous attack by thugs on residents and the refusal of INEC officials to upload results of polling units on the IREV during the governorship and state assembly election held on Saturday March 18.
