I will defeat my opponents the way Arsenal defeated Chelsea - Atiku

The presidential candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Atiku Abubakar has stated that he will triumph over his opponents in the 2023 elections the way Arsenal won the match against Chelsea in the English Premier League.

Arsenal got back to the top of the Premier League table with a 1-0 win over Chelsea at Stamford Bridge on Sunday, November 6, 2022.

In a congratulatory message to the Gunners, Atiku who is also an Arsenal supporter promised to do the same for Nigerians in the February 2023 presidential election

“Great win, Arsenal, even after a goalless first half.

"As Arsenal did in this game for us, the fans, we will also Recover Nigeria for Nigerians,” he wrote via his official Twitter handle.
