Reality TV star Phyna has opened up about her experience following a Brazilian Butt Lift (BBL), admitting that the procedure has left her feeling uncomfortable and filled with regret instead of the confidence she initially expected.

During a recent chat with Carter Efe, she revealed that her decision to undergo the surgery was influenced by personal insecurities and the pressure to meet popular beauty standards often promoted on social media. According to her, life after the procedure hasn’t been easy, as she continues to struggle with the outcome.

“Since I did BBL, I’ve never had peace. I can’t even breathe well. I’m always tying my body, but I did it because of my insecurities. I see ladies with flat stomachs and wanted mine to look like that too,” she said.

Her remarks have since sparked wider discussions about the pressure of modern beauty standards and the emotional as well as physical toll that cosmetic procedures can have on individuals.
