Pastor Enoch Adeboye, the leader of the Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG), has shared a heartfelt vision of how he hopes his final moments will be.

He imagined passing away peacefully on a Sunday, right after attending his church service and enjoying his favourite meal, pounded yams.

During the church’s recent International Convention called “The Overcomers,” Pastor Adeboye reminded everyone that death can happen unexpectedly, not always after a long illness.

He mentioned that he had the same dream about his passing two years ago, showing how deeply he believes in staying prepared and peaceful in every season of life.

“I will die on a Sunday after attending service, eat my beloved pounded yam, and then pass on without any sickness,” Pastor Adeboye declared, affirming that his departure would be sudden and painless.
